The “all-new” Wehrhahn masterpiece: 5 vat sheeting machine

50 mm thick panels at Baopeng / China

One of the largest AAC production plants in China, located in Liyang is now operating at full capacity. The superSMART plant produces blocks and panels of exceptional high quality, right at the heart of the Chinese AAC industry in the Jiangsu province.

High in demand are thin panels with thicknesses of 50 and 75 mm. The panels are vertically applied (floor to ceiling) and enable fast and easy installation. The new plant is already designed to cut super smooth surfaces, simply by adding Wehrhahn’s newly designed super smooth cutter.

The teams of Baopeng and Wehrhahn jointly managed to accomplish all targets set out in this project.

Congratulations!

Economic Inmaa in Tripolis

The installation works for the new Wehrhahn large scale AAC block plant are progressing well.

Production is scheduled to start at the end of the year. The investor expects high demand for this good insulating construction material, which is easy to install.

Wehrhahn Plant Support - experience report

Producers of building materials always focus on staying ahead of competition.

Wehrhahn provides expert assistance to producers by keeping an analytical eye on their production process, identifying cost saving potentials and suitable opportunities for improvement.

Which benefits have Wehrhahn customers recently experienced after support services have been rendered?

In two plants EUR 300.000,00 respectively more than EUR 400.000,00 savings in annual production costs could be generated. In two other plants, some basic faults could be detected and the shortcomings have been remedied - the result was a 50% reduced reject rate.

Several trainings on site or at the Wehrhahn headquarters have been carried out and the staff members could boost and update their knowledge. The training was followed by additional visits on site to deepen the first lessons. Numerous letters of appreciation have proven the successful performance of Wehrhahn plant support. We will gladly provide more information upon request. Please contact us!

Turkmenistan: Third Wehrhahn plant starts operation

Beyik Bina in Ashgabat, a major Turkmenistan construction group, invested into two Wehrhahn production lines for building materials.

Beyik Bina's dry mix plant from Wehrhahn successfully operates already for some time.

The Wehrhahn SMART AAC production plant has recently started operation.

First step is block production. However, the plant is fully equipped for panel production. Beyik Bina - a very innovative group - is enthusiastic that panels are the ideal material for prefab homes. Beyik Bina will use the AAC panels for huge multi-home housing projects. Fast and economical home building is a key issue in countries with rapidly growing population.

This will be the first large scale panel production in Central Asia possibly to be adapted in neighbouring countries.

A few years ago, the President of Turkmenistan celebrated the inauguration of the first Wehrhahn AAC block and panel plant, also in Ashgabat.

Advanced AAC superSMART plant for H+H Celcon U.K.

H+H Celcon ordered an all new superSMART plant for their site in Borough Green (London, U.K.).

It took almost three years for the project teams of Celcon and Wehrhahn to mutually develop a highly sophisticated "all new" concept for this exceptional plant. Many new and innovative features will be incorporated in this project. The new factory will enable H+H Celcon to maintain and strenghten their leading position in the AAC market in the U.K.

In 2018 H+H Celcon will start the production of fly ash based blocks in the most advanced AAC plant around the globe - a new milestone in the history of H+H Celcon and Wehrhahn!

Stärken in Malaysia sets up second Wehrhahn AAC plant

Shortly after the first plant in Kuala Lumpur has started production, Stärken decided to set up the second plant in the southern part of Malaysia near the border to Singapore.

With the new second plant the story of success for Stärken continues. The superSMART plant is designed to produce blocks and panels of highest quality.

This project impressively emphasizes Wehrhahn's leading position for advanced AAC production plants in Southeast Asia.
