All guests were impressed to learn that the plant had been installed in record time, had been in trial operation for only four days and after the ribbon cutting was producing in a short cycle time non-stop for the whole evening.

The plant runs fully automatic without process-related waste. It is equipped with four autoclaves and automatic palletizing. During his opening speech the main investor, Aleksandr Danishevskiy, praised the perfect operation of his machines already making on the first days of operation blocks in excellent quality.

In Sri Lanka a new Wehrhahn fibre cement production line will start its production soon. Approx. two hours from Colombo the first plant in Sri Lanka for the production of autoclaved fibre cement sheets will be a new milestone in the history of the well-known fibre cement producer Rhino Roofing. Rhino established a new company with the name El Toro for the production and marketing of the autoclaved fibre cement sheets.

Our Managing Director Torsten Dietz joined the Ground Breaking Ceremony in Sri Lanka in June 2014.
