Laboratory and R&D

Continuous research and development activities in machine design and process require highly skilled and motivated engineers. The Wehrhahn laboratory in cooperation with leading universities and R&D centers supports our customers to maintain their position as the market leaders in the industry.


The Wehrhahn laboratory provides among others:
•    complete raw material analysis
•    production of AAC and fibre cement sheets in 1:1 scale
•    autoclaving of building materials (up to 500 litre autoclave available)


The results obtained in the laboratory clearly indicate the quality of the finished product to be expected in the full scale plant. This is an important issue for new investors.
